A romantic get-away or a mountain adventure: a holiday in a cabin in this beautiful part of South Tyrol is a truly memorable experience.
The Lechner cabin is in the centre of the alpine village of Malga Fane, close to several mountain hut restaurants open in summer and winter. During the day, you can climb the peaks by setting out straight from here, or you can join in the cheerful life of this little alpine village. In the evening, you can relax on the terrace in front of the cabin and enjoy the feeling of stillness as the sun sets behind the mountains.
Our Baita Lechner hut has recently been fitted with new panelling and is furnished throughout in solid wood. It offers everything you need for a carefree holiday. The old wooden roof adds an extra touch of charm.

Pricing Information
A local tax of 2.10 € per person per night is levied for all people aged 14 and over.
The prices are for 2 people, including final cleaning but excluding the local tourist tax. Minimum rental period for our cabin: 1 week.
Your booking is confirmed after receipt of a 200 € deposit.

Additional guest aged 14 or over: 25 € a night
Children aged 6 to 14: 11 € a night
Children aged 0 to 6: free
Pets: 15 € a night (Please do not leave your pets alone in the hut!)
Arrival and departure
Check in: from 2 p.m. in summer
Where? The meeting point is at Lechnerhof farm: we will take you to the hut.
Check-out: by 9 a.m.
Arrival only on Saturday.
Cancellation policy
- Up until 30 days prior to the arrival day we only retain the deposit
- Cancellation within 30-8 days before arrival: 70% of the total price
- Cancellation within the last 7 days before arrival: 100 % of the total price
- For late arrival or early departure: 100 % of the total price
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
Summer in our cabin
Guests will receive a permit for driving up to the cabin.
In summer, all three mountain hut restaurants at Malga Fane are open.
Hikes starting from Malga Fane
There are many places to hike to around Malga Fane, including the Stinalm, the Alta Via Jochtal (high-altitude trail), the Bressanone mountain hut, Lake Selvaggio, and the Picco della Croce, to name just a few.
Our suggestion for a pleasant hike:
Walk down to the valley, take the Jochtal cable car up again and then follow the Alta Via back to the cabin. Full day trip.
